Return and Exchange



White Label's return and exchange policy only applies to sales made within whitelabel.id. All sales are final once payment is received and items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding sizing issues or colour selection.

Due to different monitors and browsers, clothing color may appear different on different screens and devices. By checking the box on the checkout screen you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to these terms. There are no returns due to color variances.


DEFECT ITEMS

We deeply apologize for our mistake. WHITE LABEL will accept returns for exchange if the product that you received has a manufacturing fault, only clothes that are unworn unaltered and with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged. Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.

The request for return/exchange must be submitted at a maximum of 3 days after the product receival.

White Label will exchange the defect item for the same item if in stock or a full refund will be made. Exchanges for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item in question will have to be paid by the customer and balances will be refunded.

Returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Late returns over the time limit will not be entertained and the package will be sent back. Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed for cases that are due to White Label's oversight.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned to us unworn and unwashed. We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process.

Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. White Label will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns/Defects Department and they will only be handled by mailing only. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
