Shipping Information

White Label ships nationwide, to all cities in Indonesia.

- Delivery to Jakarta will take about 1-4 days for regular service and 1-2 days for express service.

- Delivery to outside Jakarta will take about 2-7 days depending on the destination cities and 1-2 days for express service. Please note not all of the cities have express shipping service.

- Delay might occur during public holiday.

 

Shipping Methods

White Label uses SICEPAT for courier service. You can find the rates in www.sicepat.com

An option of REGULER OR EXPRESS could be chosen when you proceed in the checkout section.

Please kindly understand that your orders are shipped by third-party courier service. Therefore, it is possible that some delay or shipping problems might happen out of our control. If this case happens, we will be glad to help you until you receive your order.

 

Shipping Fee

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Our rates are based on the Courier Service official website. Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on weekdays only; Monday – Friday at 5pm

If payment confirmation is made before 4.00pm, order will be processed on the same day. If payment confirmation is made after 4.00pm, order will be processed on the next working day. There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. Customers will receive the email once the order has been sent.

 

Airway Bill

Airway Bill will be given H+1 after we delivered your order on the next working day.

 

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

We don't take responsibility and guarantee all goods will be received in time even if customers use the express shipping. Since we use third party courier service, some problems might occur such as incomplete address, traffic shipment etc. To deal with the delay problem, customers can contact their customer service.

Customer's order will only be processed once we have received an invoice full amount transfer (including shipping fees). Please note that we are unable to process the order if a problem occurred regarding the payment.

We are not responsible for the risk of loss of the packages after the packages have been picked up by courier service.

We are not responsible if the courier can't deliver the packages due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

However, if there is any problem regarding these issues, we will be glad to help you.

No orders can be canceled after it’s being shipped.
